Smile Essentials delivers oral care products nationwide in South Africa.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to physical addresses within South Africa. Delivery availability, courier options, and delivery costs are calculated at checkout where possible.
Courier Partner
Smile Essentials uses Bob Go to compare courier options, generate waybills, and manage order fulfilment from Shopify. The courier used for your parcel may vary depending on your address, parcel size, service availability, and the delivery option selected at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, supplier delays, launch promotions, or courier disruptions, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and courier service. Major centres are generally faster than regional or outlying areas.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or in courier tracking are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available. Please allow time for courier tracking to update after the parcel is collected.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on courier availability, parcel details, and delivery address.
Smile Essentials may offer free delivery promotions from time to time. If a free delivery threshold applies, it will be shown on the website or at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order. Smile Essentials is not responsible for delays or additional courier costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
Missed Deliveries
If a courier cannot complete delivery because nobody is available, the address is inaccessible, or the customer cannot be reached, re-delivery may be delayed or additional courier fees may apply.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and affected items.
