What does Smile Essentials sell?
Sonic toothbrushes, water flossers, kids toothbrushes, brace-friendly products, and starter kits.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide in South Africa using courier services managed through Bob Go.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout where possible. Free delivery promotions may apply from time to time.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually packed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Courier delivery time depends on your location and selected service.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed through PayFast. Available options may include card, EFT, SnapScan, and other PayFast-supported methods.
Can I return an opened toothbrush or brush head?
Opened or used oral care hygiene products cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Are the products suitable for braces?
Many products are suitable for braces and orthodontic routines, especially water flossers and selected sonic toothbrushes. The Brace Care range is designed to make those choices easier.
Which product should I start with?
For everyday brushing, start with a Sonic toothbrush - Sonic Edge for adults, Sonic Lite as a lightweight option, or one of our Kids ranges. For deeper cleaning between teeth or around braces, a Hydro Sonic Water Flosser makes a real difference. For a complete starting set, choose a Starter or Premium Kit.
Do you offer warranties?
Some products may include supplier or manufacturer warranty support. Keep your proof of purchase and contact us if you need help with a product fault.
