Orders

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are processed through PayFast. Available payment methods may include card, EFT, SnapScan, or other PayFast-supported methods.

Delivery

Delivery is available within South Africa. Courier options, fees, and delivery estimates may vary by address and courier availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Returns

Returns are handled according to our Returns and Refund Policy. Because Smile Essentials sells oral care and hygiene products, opened or used hygiene items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
